Returning and pick up

You can do this, even though we are closed until 21. April.

All libraries, archives and citizen services are closed due to COVID-19. That includes the mobile library.

Returning of books and other materials

It is possible to return materials at Roskilde Library in the outdoor return robot around the clock.

It is only possible to return materials through the outdoors return robot, it is not possible to return materials directly to the staff. Those materials, such as LPs and larger books, will have to wait until the library is fully open again.

The local libraries in Gadstrup, Gundsømagle, Jyllinge, Viby and Ågerup are open for returns Tuesday and Thursday 10-17.
Jyllinge Library and Viby Library are also open Saturday between 10-14.

Of course we don’t expect you to pay fines during this period of lockdown. When the library is fully open again you will have until the 28th April to return your material before the fines start again.
