How to become a library user

Membership is free and open to all, both adults and children.

Remember to bring ID if you wan't to check materials out. The library accepts Danish health insurance card (Sundhedskort), passport or drivers licence as valid ID for adults, and social insurance card for children, regardless of their age.

You can register yourself as a new library user

To register you need your Nem-id and you need to:
1.    Be at least 18 years old
2.    Approve having read and accepted the library’s rules and fines

Please note it can take up to one hour before the registration is done, children will take longer.

When you are registered as a user, you can renew your loans, pause your reservations and pay fines. You can also use our online resources right away from home. That includes ereolen Global, Pressreader and RB Digital. You will find a complete list under eBib.
